As we pass into another month, we also pass into a new season. Change is a constant thing in our lives, both within our own personal day-to-day life and also within nature, world events, workplaces, our energy, the weather, and, of course, the constant change of people around us.
There is no denying that this constant change in today’s modern world is creating another layer of stress for humans globally.
I have the pleasure of working with people all over the world, so I get to see patterns of behaviour that are similar no matter where you live. It’s fascinating.
In workplaces, I see many people not necessarily coping or showing up as their optimal selves.
We have to remember that there are two types of stress. External and internal—but which one is the most destructive? You’d be right if you said internal. Our thoughts, beliefs, values, self-worth, self-talk stories, life experiences, and the negative stories connected to them that are the constant chatter in our head, can be our worst enemy.
And so, if we want to be our optimal selves, the internal stressors are the ones we should be more curious about.
It has been an absolute joy for me to have more clients contact me to run training on human behavior, soft skills, and, of course, skills for building mental fitness. And when you get to run training with thousands of people every year globally, as I do, then you see how vital this training is for individuals to thrive better in our complex world.
Last week, three young men came up to me after a workshop and said that it was such a relief to know that everyone has crap going on in their lives and that many people feel stressed or overwhelmed by constant expectations. They also loved the simple tools we discussed for building mental fitness. They were so grateful, yet initially, they didn’t want to come because they thought, What will I learn? How will this be relevant to me?
It certainly filled my heart. ?
So, with that in mind, do you need some training for you or within your organisation?
Below are my top requested workshops—are they relevant to your workplace?
Take a look—is there anything that looks interesting? Or is there training you’d like that’s not listed here?
For personal training, see below, but also connect with me on Facebook – Sue Kohn-Tayor or on LinkedIn. I run training, and peptalks and have plenty of great tools, tips, and strategies that I regularly share on these platforms.
What I have learnt over the years, if you want different outcomes or results, then you can’t keep doing the same thing. Invest in yourself or your people – because that’s where the greatest changes can be experienced.
Can you help me keep growing my mission of being the ripple effect and impacting over 1 million people?
Let’s get in touch and work together to make the change impactful, or you can visit our website to find out more!
